“Walked in today for nothing more than advice on a cover-up and received outstanding service. Come to find out the guy I was talking to was the son of the guy who did one of my tattoos 20 something years ago — a tattoo that looks as perfect as the day it was laid. Before I spent a penny, the bond was made. That’s how you welcome folks into a shop. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. You oughta be proud of your son, Jeff.”
